Tell me something I don't know!

Your life style causes stress, which increases any negative feelings.
You are not coping well; this will cause an increase of negative feelings.
Your mood is affecting the way you cope.
The way you experience your daily life will hinder your ability to cope.
Your basic stress level is too high. This too adversely affects the way you cope.

I recommend that you:-
Change your life style.
Use Relaxation Methods.
Change the way you appreciate an event.
Be less critical and demanding.
Experience things differently.

A short test showed the problems and how to correct them but Is it as easy as that? Just find out by living my life for a month!
