Asian Earthquake Disaster

I feel so sad after watching further news update on the Asian disaster that I don't feel like writing tonight. I can't even imagine how the people there must be feeling let alone coping with it. The real problems will start later with the cleaning up and rebuilding process. The spread of illness with the dirt and mud and lack of medicine in the poorer countries. God bless them.

I have come to the middle point in the life cycle but I don't remember living all those years! What about the rest of the years to come? Any way, ME : What can I say? I smile a lot, laugh a lot, cry a lot, feel a lot and think a lot. Perhaps it's not a good trait but can't help it, that's me! In between all that I keep myself so busy that I can't do the things I feel I should do for others. That makes me feel guilty and unhappy. There are so many things I want to do for myself too, but there is no time! So I try to do a little bit of this and a little bit of that.Like a butterfly I cannot stay in one place for too long. I have too many places to go to and too many people to see but deep down in my heart I feel totally alone.What am I searching for? I don't know.
